Provided items are in stock all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours regarding delivery date. We are happy to arrange delivery of furniture on your behalf or you can arrange your own delivery, we will keep you updated regarding delivery dates and times to the best of our knowledge. Please contact us regarding delivery costs to your area before placing an order.

Stock Availability

We try to keep our website up to date , products can be out of stock from time to time, due to high demand or have become discontinued by our supplier, If you like to check availability please contact us before placing your order.

Special Orders

If an item is not in stock, such as furniture pieces & you wish to place an order we require a 50% deposit and if our supplier does not have item in stock we can order for you, which may take 8-12 weeks to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure you will be pleased with your choice from French Style Glamour, however if for any reason the product is faulty please contact us within 7 days of purchase, returned goods must be repacked in original packaging, returns are subject to exchange or store credit only, however there is no return or exchange on sale stock or if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully.
